In honor of my birthday this week, I decided to do a special online performance and pay homage to the place that has inspired my creativity over the years- Brooklyn, NYC. It was the early to mid 90’s fusion of Raggamuffin Reggae & Hip Hop which made me want to make music and still inspires much of what I do today. So to pay tribute, I’ll be having a RiddimBox And A Mic show (that’s me & my sampler) as well as guest djs: Tony Conquerrah & Jah Measels and guest artists Top Cat, One Jahrango & Ruff Scott aka David Culture. And before I perform my set, I’ll be running a selection of some of the very same 90’s songs that inspired me to begin with! This is my first hosting of a Live streaming event, but I’m going all in!!
